Returns Policy

At KAHA, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of your delivery date.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from odours, marks, or signs of wear

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as KAHA is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Resolution

Approved returns will be resolved with either:

  • Exchange — swap for a different size or style (subject to availability)
  • Store credit — issued as a gift card valid for use on any future KAHA order

We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at kaha@kahaactivewear.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
