Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended — we'll keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard and express shipping across Australia via Australia Post and/or courier partners.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times are typically 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processes.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged upon delivery.
- KAHA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Pre-Orders Pre-order items have estimated dispatch dates listed on the product page. These items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at kaha@kahaactivewear.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
