At KAHA, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from any odours, marks, or damage

What We Offer

We offer store credit or an exchange on eligible returns. We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as KAHA is not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Return

  1. Email us at kaha@kahaactivewear.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide the return address
  3. Send your item back using a tracked shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3–5 business days

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
